Packaging was excellent and the product arrived in perfect condition. I've only had it for a short time but so far i am very impressed. The build quality feels high, there's no scratchy sound in the triggers, bumpers, and sticks, it's comfortable in my relatively large hands, and the clicky buttons are satisfying without being loud enough to be annoying. I will come back and change this review if i have any problems, but for now i couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend it, the best experience with such a good product.

It takes like 2 months for bolivia but it arrive pretty well

It looks very solid, I mainly use it on a PC, I like the idea that the case can be changed to give it a different style. It is slightly heavier than its brother the X15, you can hear the sound of the buttons when pressing it because it is mechanical. The first time I heard it, but it's not exaggerated haha. I have a mechanical keyboard but it is silent, and I find it curious that the joystick makes a sound.
